Blogging isn’t just a term used by wanna-be fashionistas. It isn’t just something you do to get invited for free tastings at new restaurants. It isn’t just a trend.

Blogging is so much more than you think it is.

In my newest Market Your Own Business video, I’m sharing why blogging is the THE NUMBER ONE WAY to:

– Establish authority in your industry
– Organically boost website traffic
– Organically boost SEO
– Garner attention from your target market
– Gain trust
– Become a subject matter expert in your industry

But that’s not all. When you blog consistently, with passion, voice, and purpose, you are opening yourself to a world of collaborations – collaborations that boost all of your marketing efforts.

Collaborations that lead to money.

Well, I’m not sure if you knew, but I got my start in this here marketing world by blogging. I blogged for my own little makeshift site that I called “The Trusted Mama,” and each time I shared a blog, I’d get more and more praise for my writing. Each time I received praise, I’d write again. And this went on for a few months until I was approached by motherhood magazine Creative Child to write on their behalf – and the paid me. Then the same happened with HuffPost. And then Scary Mommy. And before long, friends of mine that owned businesses started reaching out for help with things like blogging, email marketing and social media.

And then my business was born.

Check out the video, share with a friend, and stay tuned for info on my first-ever virtual blogging mastermind, coming soon.
